Processing Time: Each cutter is custom made to order and processing time may vary considering current workload.
Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number via e-mail, so you'll be able to check the status of your package anytime.
U. S. Shipping: U.S. orders are shipped from Nampa, ID with USPS (First class mail). On average the delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Refund policy doesn't allow exchanges or returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order, I'll be happy to help.
All cookie cutters are 3D printed to order, which means each one is made specially for you. We never sell or ship used or returned cutters. Each cutter is produced individually and carefully checked before shipping.

We surely provide exchanges for items broken or damaged during transportation.
