Processing time is typically 3–7 business days.

Custom portrait orders begin processing after we receive a usable photo and any required customer approval. Delays in sending photos or approving the design may extend the processing time. U.S. orders are shipped from Idaho.

 

Transit time is typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.

U. S. Shipping 

 

U.S. orders are shipped from Nampa, Idaho via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, and the United Kingdom.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Because our products are made to order and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect size/style selection.
