* If you are not sure your photo works, upload it anyway. I will guide you and adjust the design for the best imprint. Since I personally hand-draw each portrait, I pay close attention to every detail.

Q: Do you send a proof before printing?
A: Yes. You will receive a proof to approve before we produce your cutter and will be able to make any edits or adjustments to the design.
Q: What kind of photo should I upload?
A: A clear, well-lit photo where face is visible. Your favorite photos are always the best choice. Since I personally hand-draw each portrait, I will adjust the design for the best imprint.
Q: Do the couple photos need to be in one picture, or can we send two separate photos?
A: You can send two separate photos. I hand-draw each portrait and can combine them into one Couple Portrait cutter..
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: You will receive a design proof within 2–3 business days. Since this is a custom item made from scratch, the total processing time is 5–8 business days to design, print, and ship your cookie cutter.
Q: How the cookie cutters are made
A: Cookie cutters are 3D printed from food-safe, biodegradable PLA plastic and are designed to be sturdy and durable for baking.
Please note that they are not dishwasher safe.
Q: Is it easy to use?
A: Yes, but like any tool, it may take a little practice. We include tips to help you get best results.
