Easy Sugar Cookies Recipe

Here is the recipe we usually use for cookies. It works well for cookies with imprint and pretty easy to make 💫


NOTE: You can replace the egg by corn starch (1 tablespoon of powder into 3-4 tablespoons of water. The dough on almost all my videos doesn't contain eggs.

And you can also replace regular flour by gluten-free. The result will be pretty much the same.

SUGAR COOKIES RECIPE


INGREDIENTS


  • Butter - 200 g (7 oz) room temperature

  • Flour - 2,5 cup

  • Sugar - 200 g (7 oz)

  • 1 Egg (large) *You can replace it by corn starch (1 tablespoon of powder into 3-4 tablespoons of water) The dough on almost all my videos doesn't contain eggs.

  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon


STEPS


1.Mix Butter + Sugar. Add Egg (or corn starch+water mix) and beat on medium or slow speed.


2. Mix Flour + Baking powder


3. Mix all the ingredients (beat on slow speed)


4. Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the fringe for 30-40 minutes to chill.


5. Roll out the dough and cut out using cookie cutters.
